Job Summary
Cape Town – Western Cape – South Africa
- Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
- 1-2 Years of experience with Python development.
- Practical experience with Django framework.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of database design and SQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Docker or Containerisation.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to mentor others.
