Job Summary
Key Duties and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Client Satisfaction Management
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key accounts and the Company.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the clients needs and anticipate future requirements.
- Manage the relevant account meetings and supporting reports.
- Compilation of the monthly key accounts KPI packs.
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
- Resolving key account issues and complaints.
- Produce Cost Estimates for client requests.
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
- Managing communications between key accounts and internal teams.
- Strategic planning to improve account results.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts, and brief these into the Head of Customer to maximize the opportunities.
- Balancing key account needs with operational capabilities and capacity.
- Meeting all key account needs and deliverables according to the agreed service levels.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
- Assist with building the key account plan for each client to ensure KPIS are met.
- Production Planning
- Active role in the production schedule of your various clients with the relevant warehouses, working directly with the operational teams to ensure that all objectives and key account needs are met.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress and goals to all stakeholders.
- Kit compilation checking and changes to the production schedule where required.
- Customer Service Support
- Manage CE trackers for relative accounts.
- Monitor and manage the Service email for relative accounts.
- Respond to tickets timeously and professionally.
