As the Marketing senior you will lead the company`s marketing strategy, building brand awareness, generating demand, and positioning the company as a top-tier learning solutions provider. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, making it ideal for a marketing professional with a proven track record in the education or e-learning industry.

Key

• Strategic Marketing Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the companys marketing strategy, aligning with the companys growth objectives and business goals.
  • Define and refine our unique value proposition, positioning the company as an industry leader in digital learning solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for differentiation.
• Brand Development & Positioning:
  • Strengthen and evolve the company brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Build awareness and trust through thought leadership, content marketing, and strategic storytelling that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging, impactful marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, video content, and digital assets.
• Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition:
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture potential clients.
  • Leverage digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and manage an inbound marketing strategy, optimizing our website and digital touchpoints to attract and convert leads.
• Content & Communication Strategy:
  • Oversee the development of content that communicates company`s expertise, including blog posts, newsletters, and webinars.
  • Manage PR efforts and media relationships to secure press coverage and build companys reputation as a trusted learning solutions provider.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align messaging and support sales initiatives through targeted campaigns and materials.
• Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to ensure the teams growth and success.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking:
  • Set measurable goals for marketing campaigns, tracking performance through KPIs and metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and areas for growth.

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Must have Grade 12
• Relevant Marketing Degree
• Training / Development background is beneficial
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience with bringing in new clients
