Job Summary
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering qualification/appropriate experience
- 2-5 years of experience in MEP Building services Revit/BIM modelling
- Multi-disciplinary MEP experience will be advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and delivering complex Revit / BIM models, and associated AutoCAD engineering drawings
- Implementing and assisting in day-to-day BIM related workflows, to meet organisational objectives
- Mentoring other staff on Revit/CAD related concepts and training
Responsible for the modelling and production of:
- Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems (HVAC) design Revit models, sheets, and AutoCAD drawings
- Wet-services and drainage design Revit models, sheets, and AutoCAD drawings
- Fire and Life safety design Revit models, sheets, and AutoCAD drawings
