Job Summary
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial capacity, with expertise in pipe jacking, microtunneling, TBM operations, shaft construction, and deep excavations.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Medically and physically fit for site-based work.
- Proficiency in project management, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on incorporating advancements in technology to achieve best practices.
- Attention to detail combined with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Openness to adopting new technologies and improving internal systems.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate on tenders and proposals for upcoming projects.
- Coordinate and manage microtunneling teams and logistics across various sites.
- Prepare and track progress reports, addressing any delays or challenges.
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth project flow.
- Oversee procurement, maintenance, and inventory of specialised microtunneling and shoring equipment.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to develop the skills of team members.
