Job Summary
We are on the hunt for a Migration Engineer (Rehost Pattern) with deep expertise in server and application migrations, especially involving AWS. In this pivotal role, you will lead rehost (lift-and-shift) migrations across complex enterprise systemsensuring secure, compliant, and efficient cloud transformations. Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on expertise in rehost migration patterns and large-scale server/application migration.
Proven experience coordinating across matrix technical teams in dynamic enterprise settings.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS configuration and management.
Experience with AWS migrations (on-prem to AWS, AWS to AWS).
Proficiency with AWS MGN and AWS Control Tower processes.
Strong understanding of AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.
Experience working in regulated and mission-critical IT environments.
Familiarity with service delivery security controls and governance best practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, logical mindset.
