National Reefer & Regional Sales Manager | Western Cape | Permanent
Lead one of South Africas most strategically important cold-chain and regional sales portfolios. This senior commercial role offers the opportunity to shape market strategy, drive growth, and influence national performance within a complex logistics environment.
Reporting into senior leadership, this role carries full accountability for the Western Cape regional sales performance across dry cargo, out-of-gauge, and IMDG, alongside national ownership of the reefer and cold-chain vertical. The focus is on translating strategy into execution, expanding market share, improving yield, and developing differentiated logistics solutions that respond to evolving customer and trade dynamics. The role is highly outward-facing, requiring strong market presence, disciplined sales leadership, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders behind a clear commercial agenda.

What Youll Do

Lead and execute regional sales strategy for the Western Cape across dry, OOG, and IMDG cargo.

Own national commercial strategy and growth for the reefer and cold-chain vertical.

Translate global and national strategies into executable regional plans with measurable outcomes.

Drive disciplined pipeline management, pricing compliance, and achievement of volume, revenue, and yield targets.

Develop new business within the reefer segment, reducing reliance on transactional or legacy cargo.

Lead commercial development of intermodal, inland, and value-added service offerings.

Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships across the reefer value chain.

Provide commercial oversight of cold treatment and steri market segments.

Generate actionable market intelligence and competitive insights.

Represent the business in key customer forums and industry engagements.
