Night Guest Relations Officer | Luxury Hotel | Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and service-driven Night Guest Relations Officer to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Cape Town. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a guest-facing, night-time environment, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations during overnight shifts.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 23 years experience in a front office, guest relations, or night audit role within a luxury hotel
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
? Serve as the main point of contact for overnight guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
? Handle check-ins, check-outs, and night audit procedures accurately
? Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
? Monitor and report on hotel security, safety, and operational issues during the night
? Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless service delivery
? Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and night audit reports
? Support VIP guests and handle special arrangements during overnight shifts
Salary & Benefits:

? Live-in or live-out accommodation options depending on hotel policy
? Meals while on duty (if applicable)
