About the Role
West Coast Scaffolding is seeking a dynamic and reliable Office Assistant to join our growing team. If you’re organized, friendly, and have a flair for social media, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As an integral part of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring seamless communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties and office support
- Answer incoming calls and assist with client queries
- Maintain and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Assist with basic marketing and advertising tasks
- Support day-to-day operations and team coordination
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Interest or experience in social media content creation
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Previous admin or receptionist experience is a plus
