Responsibilities

• New Business Administration
• Manage Para-planning with Advisors.
• Refer prospective advisors for recruitment.
• Develop worksites for advisors.
• Refer business to advisors.
• Reporting.

Requirements and Qualifications

• BCom Degree
• 1-2 Years experience in Para-Planning.
• RE5 is not required but highly beneficial.
• CFP is not required but highly beneficial.

Incentives

• 100% of referral fee as a bonus if advisor retained for 24 months.
• Commission splits on worksites opened.
• Commission on Database mined opportunities.
• up to 100% bonus depending on performance and targets met.

• Maintaining well-balanced and informed QRC Management
• Retention Index
• Assist New Entry Advisors with planning on achievements for competitions and bonuses.
• “Leave no stone unturned.”
• Meeting report deadlines.

Remuneration

• Base Salary North of R 15, 000.00 – Negotiable and based on years of experience and qualifications.
