Key Responsibilities Structural Engineering work Site inspections/ Design /Checking/Remedials + Mentorship to graduate engineers Facilitate CPD training courses. Travel to sites in Southern Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, be fit to climb into roofs for assessments. Relevant Qualification and Experience required PR Eng. Structural Engineer 3+ years in Structural design environment in Building industry. Roofing experience will be a plus or have been previously involved on projects where gang nail or ultra span trusses were utilized. Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Experienced in influencing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders at all levels in an organization to maximize business impact. Must reside in Western Cape or willing to relocate
