Job SummaryThe Manager: Student Regulatory Affairs will oversee student records, school policies, qualityassurance, student support, accreditation, and certification. This role requires experience in teamleadership and academic administration. Key Responsibilities-Serve on the Academic Exco team. – Manage the regulatory and student affairs team and budget. – Lead a small, deadline-driven team. – Update academic policies and the student handbook. = Oversee academic admissions, including international students and credit transfers. – Advise students on qualification completion and resolve academic record issues. – Maintain the Internal Quality Assurance Management system. – Serve on and chair academic committees. – Ensure secure and complete record-keeping. – Optimize Student Information and Learner Management Systems. – Oversee production of academic transcripts and resolve disputes. – Organize certification processes for diplomas and certificates. – Liaise with accreditation bodies like CHE and Setas. – Manage student support services in collaboration with Heads of Departments. – Develop and communicate academic year, registration, and examination calendars. – Report on enrolments, student results, and support services. – Manage the academic aspect of graduation. – Oversee NLRD uploads and academic inf
