Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and documentation process for innovative architectural projects.

  • Develop creative and practical design solutions that align with client objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with sustainability and regulatory standards.

  • Utilize Autodesk Revit for detailed architectural modeling and documentation; BIM proficiency is advantageous.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Prepare and present technical drawings, reports, and specifications.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

Requirements:

  • M. Arch (Prof) qualification.

  • SACAP registration is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a related architectural role.

  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit; BIM experience is a plus.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
