Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead the tech team, instilling a results-oriented and collaborative work culture.
- Drive the apps technical vision, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Oversee all tech operations, including architecture design, system performance, and security.
- Work closely with stakeholders to transform ideas into practical, scalable solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by adopting cutting-edge technologies in mobile app development and gaming.
- Quality control and ensures the team follows the vision of the brand
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience as a CTO, Project Manager, Technology Manager, or equivalent.
- Relevant Education
- Expert in Flutter, Dart, XCode and mobile application frameworks.
- Agile, innovative, and thrives under tight deadlines.
- A go-getter mindset with a passion for technology and entrepreneurship.
- Strong communication and mentorship skills to inspire a young team.
