We are a fast-growing behavioral health telehealth company with a mission to provide exceptional care. Recruiting top-tier therapists is critical to our success, and were looking for a dedicated specialist to elevate our efforts.
The Recruiting and Marketing Specialist will play a dual role, combining marketing expertise with recruitment support to attract and onboard therapists. This individual will use creative marketing strategies, including social media and email funnels, to build a strong pipeline of therapist candidates while assisting in key recruitment processes like resume reviews and pre-interviews.

Responsibilities:

Marketing for Recruitment:

Develop and execute social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to attract therapist candidates.

Create email funnels to engage passive candidates and nurture leads.

Utilize marketing tools like Zoho Recruit, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms to craft visually appealing and engaging content.

Recruitment Support:

Screen resumes to identify top candidates for therapist roles.

Conduct pre-interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve the hiring process and candidate experience.

Pipeline Development:

Maintain and organize a database of potential candidates using applicant tracking systems or spreadsheets.

Use creative sourcing methods, including job boards and online communities, to identify qualified therapists.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:

2+ years of experience in recruitment or marketing (experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus).

Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
