✨ Agent Relationship Manager | Luxury Travel | Franschhoek ✨ Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a commercially driven Agent Relationship Manager to join a luxury safari and travel company in Franschhoek. This role focuses on building and nurturing trade partnerships across Europe and South Africa, promoting luxury safari experiences and destination management services. The ideal candidate will be an expert in B2B relationship management, sales strategy, and solution-based selling, with a proven track record in securing new trade partnerships and reactivating dormant accounts. Strong knowledge of the European safari trade, excellent communication skills, and a passion for conservation-driven travel are essential. What the role includes • Develop new business and expand agent relationships across Europe • Reactivate dormant accounts and drive long-term partner value • Represent the company at trade shows, fam trips, and industry events • Deliver market insights, account performance reports, and strategic recommendations • Collaborate with internal teams on product, marketing, and sales enablement initiatives • Travel nationally and internationally as required Requirements • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the African luxury travel industry • Proven B2B sales and relationship management skills • Strong network in the European safari trade advantageous • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analysis tools • Self-starter, professional, and digitally confident • Valid driver’s license and own transport
