Role requirements : · Minimum 15 years experience · Relevant Qualifications · In-depth knowledge of the Cape Town construction environment. · Registered as Pr.CM with SACPCMP · Strong knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC and NEC construction contracts. Key responsibilities: · Oversee all contractual aspects of the projects. · Contract administration. · Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements. · Negotiate and manage subcontracts · Manage activities on site. · Oversee cost control and cash flow.
