In this position, you will manage product costing, inventory control, and financial reporting while designing and deploying BI dashboards and data models to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in cost accounting and business intelligence will be essential in driving operational efficiency and delivering actionable insights across the business. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Cost and Management Accounting, Financial Management, Data Analytics, or a related field, with 3-5 years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You will also need a minimum of 2 years BI development experience, supported by strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (SYSPRO advantageous), and BI tools such as Qlik Sense or PowerBI is essential. A CIMA qualification (or working towards one) will be advantageous. A valid drivers license and willingness to travel between sites is required.
