Cape Town Region: Exchange Control Consultant

Minimum requirements: In-depth knowledge of SARB Exchange Control Regulations, rulings, circulars and interpretations Experience interpreting and applying Exchange Control rules to client transactions Ability to prepare, submit and track SARB applications through authorised banking partners Strong advisory skills to guide clients and internal teams on complex Exchange Control queries Experience liaising with bank Exchange Control desks to resolve discrepancies Proven ability to design and deliver internal regulatory training Strong process documentation and SOP development skills Ability to identify gaps, risks and control weaknesses in Exchange Control processes Excellent reporting, audit trail and compliance administration capabilities Strong communication skills for simplifying complex regulations verbally and in writing High attention to detail with a process-driven, accuracy-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities, remain resilient under pressure and maintain professionalism with clients and stakeholders Consultant: RJ Jeftha – Dante Personnel Greenstone
