About the Role

RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable construction and property development firm in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all final stages of interior and exterior finishes on their construction sites, ensuring that finishes meet the company’s impeccable standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise finishing teams and subcontractors
  • Conduct quality inspections and snagging
  • Ensure adherence to finishing schedules
  • Maintain high standards of detail and accuracy
  • Coordinate with site management regarding progress and needs

Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate together with a relevant qualification in the Built Environment
  • 5 years experience in finishing supervision
  • Experience with paint, joinery, tiling, ceilings, and final details
  • Ability to read and interpret finishing drawings
