Head Chef / Kitchen Manager A fast paced restaurant that serves fresh, unique but uncomplicated food. We are looking for a head chef or kitchen manager to lead our team and work closely with a switched on FOH. Enjoy actually being in the kitchen, working with staff to up skill and ensure dishes are presented perfectly every time Enjoy the ability to be creative with menus / weekly specials etc. Must have minimum 5 years experience leading a kitchen in a similar position. You will have admin support but responsibility ends with you when it comes to daily / weekly / monthly reporting.
