About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading Architecture and planning firm in Pretoria, GP, is urgently seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert landscape architecture services to clients, working closely with other disciplines to deliver high-quality designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the practice at project briefing meetings
- Produce sketch illustrations in Revit depicting client brief accurately
- Produce working drawings, co-ordinated with other disciplines, communicate design considerations effectively using visuals
- Attend site meetings to ensure problems are proactively identified and rectified so the project is not delayed
- Project management and administration
- Willingness to frequently travel Internationally
Requirements
- Master of Landscape Architecture ML (Prof)
- Registered with SACLAP
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Advanced in use of Revit (certification of such preferable)
- Good design experience
- Commercial experience
- Commitment to providing excellent client service through efficiency and the quality in production of work
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environment
- Sufficiently experienced to resolve problems and to make decisions when required
- Monitor and manage own workflow and follow up commitments of others effectively in order to meet deadlines
- Impeccable record keeping processes
- High standard of communication skills and attention to detail required
- Plans and organises workflow and resources to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
- Build working relationships in project team and with clients
- Sets a positive example and displays visible loyalty to the company
