This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences through both immaculate housekeeping and the preparation of quality breakfast service. Key Responsibilities: Housekeeping: Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards Carry out daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and replenishing amenities Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages Breakfast Chef: Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast dishes, including hot breakfasts, continental options, and beverages Ensure dishes are served promptly and consistently to the lodge’s standards Cater to dietary requirements and guest preferences with care and attention Manage food inventory, ensuring freshness and minimising waste Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards Package Offered: Salary: R6,700 per month Additional earning potential through tips This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a hands-on hospitality role.
