The ideal candidate will assist in the management, supervision, and execution of civil construction projects, particularly in roads and infrastructure, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Requirements: National Diploma or BTech/BEng in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 3-5 years experience in civil construction, preferably in roads and infrastructure projects Experience working on multi-million rand infrastructure projects Sound knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and construction methods Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to various project sites Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Benefits: Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
