Admission as an Attorney and Conveyancer Admission as a Notary Public will be beneficial. Signing of Mortgage Bond documents and transfer documents Developing ongoing relationships with the existing client base as well as pitching for new opportunities Excellent communication skills Seeing clients to sign documents (e.g ensure that all FICA provided by the client is accurate and acceptable in terms of the minimum FICA Act & Bank SLA requirements) Consultant: Christen van Vuuren – Dante Personnel Cape Town
