About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Eric Salomon and Company, located in the heart of Cape Town’s Century City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, manage their queries and provide general information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and photocopying
Requirements
- Matric certificate is a mandatory requirement
- Some form of tertiary education in office administration or secretarial studies is preferred
- Applicants must be between 24-35 years old
- Own transport is essential for this role
