About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling and a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling new vehicles
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of new vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to drive sales
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
