About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Lodge Manager to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a luxury lodge, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless management of staff and finances.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing lodge operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
- Provide support to the Lodge Manager in implementing business strategies and achieving operational goals
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Supervise and train lodge staff to achieve high levels of customer service and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in lodge or hotel management
- Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality operations
