Job Description

Minimum requirements: Diploma in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field A minimum of 3 years consulting experience in either wholesale/retail Intermediate / Senior Travel Consultant assisting travel agents with land arrangements Processing the booking via Travelogic Organise travels from beginning to end Administration functions (invoicing / collecting deposits & balance payment / paying suppliers / reconfirming bookings / processing refunds) Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns Consultant: Amelia Dienie – Dante Personnel Cape Town
