About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our team in Kuils River, Cape Town. As a central point of contact for managers, technicians, and external parties, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily workshop activities
  • Manage documentation (job cards, service records, invoices, compliance)
  • Control inventory (parts, tools, supplies)
  • Handle customer/supplier communication
  • Provide general administrative support
