A luxury hospitality company is seeking an experienced and highly organised Reservationist to manage reservations for an exclusive 10-room boutique accommodation portfolio. This role requires a hands-on, detail-focused individual who can deliver a seamless guest booking experience while managing multiple properties. The successful candidate must have their own reliable vehicle and be willing to travel to the Durbanville area. Key Responsibilities Manage all individual (FIT) reservations from enquiry to confirmation Handle bookings via email, phone, OTAs, and direct channels Accurately capture, amend, and cancel reservations on the PMS Maintain rate integrity, availability, and room allocations across platforms Communicate professionally with guests, travel agents, and internal stakeholders Coordinate special requests and guest preferences Assist with occupancy tracking and basic reporting Ensure a high standard of service aligned with a luxury brand Requirements Previous experience as a Reservationist within a luxury or boutique hospitality environment Strong knowledge of reservation systems and channel managers Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and strong administrative skills Ability to work independently and manage a small portfolio efficiently Own vehicle and valid drivers licence (essential) Willingness to travel to the Durbanville area as operationally required Professional presentation and guest-focused mindset How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their CV and a recent profile photo.
