Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a polished and service-driven Reservations & Sales Consultant for a prestigious luxury property collection in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives on converting enquiries into bookings while delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservations and sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings with confidence and finesse
- Provide detailed property knowledge and tailored recommendations
- Build strong relationships with guests, agents, and internal teams
- Manage bookings, rates, and availability accurately
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations, sales, or luxury hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven with a warm, service-oriented approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
