About the Role
We are seeking a polished and service-driven Reservations & Sales Consultant to join our prestigious luxury property collection in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands that luxury sales is built on storytelling, relationship-building, and delivering a seamless guest journey from enquiry through to arrival.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and sales enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings with confidence and accuracy
- Ensure all bookings, rates, and availability are correctly managed across systems
- Deliver prompt, polished, and luxury-level communication at all times
- Provide tailored property recommendations based on guest needs and preferences
- Deliver a seamless guest journey from first contact through to arrival
- Ensure every interaction reflects high-end luxury service standards
- Support an exceptional pre-arrival experience for all guests
Requirements
Previous experience in reservations, sales, or luxury hospitality essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
