About the Role

ONOMO Hotels is seeking a dynamic and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team at ONOMO Inn on the Square. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times while supervising and leading the team. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth, we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Plans and supervises all activities in the restaurant and bar.
Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.
Ensures that the service runs smoothly.
Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Ensures that the quantitative and qualitative goals of the department are met.
Generate catering revenue for the hotel through sales and managing the team.
Be able to push and drive sales targets for the restaurant
Lead and Inspire the team to push the envelope in terms of offerings

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the hotel industry.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Micros & Microsoft Office Packages.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Clear understanding of Health & Safety procedures in restaurants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Completed relevant education or training (if applicable)
