A Revenue Manager is sought to join this hospitality group with properties across South Africa. In this role, you`ll spend a lot of time analyzing trends in the hotel industry. In short, youll be tracking the bedroom and conference space rates offered by competitors, and making sure you sell rooms at the right price and at the right time to the right people. Youll also need to maintain parity with room rates offered by online booking companies and be poised to spot peaks and troughs in the market. Implement Revenue management processes to maximize revenue. Collect the necessary information to establish a database of bookings and events on which the hotel strategy and forecast will be based.

• SA Citizen

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification

• Tertiary Degree in Hospitality Management and/or Revenue Management

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality essential

• Advanced proficiency in numerical skills.

• Advanced mathematical calculations to deal with reports.

• Excellent communication skills in the English language verbal, written, and in presentations

• Highly developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing, and supervisory management skills.

• Sound ability and knowledge to develop robust business processes.

• Own, reliable transport essential
