We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent time management, work under pressure, be driven and self-motivated with a desire to succeed.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Loading of customer orders and overseeing these throughout the production process – start to end
• Managing and filtering orders on our database to ensure all information loaded is accurate, and that deadlines are being met
• Continuous customer liaison via telephone and email, updating them on their order status
• Maintain good client relationships
• Deliver on targeted sales strategies
• Close sales and lead customers through the ordering process
• Work closely with design and production planning teams
• Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
• Upselling of new products
• Assisting at and being involved with events that the company is affiliated with
• Employee training and upskilling

Required:

• High school degree or equivalent; bachelors degree a plus
• Sales experience preferred but not compulsory
• Two+ years of administrative experience proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication – internal and external
• Excellent customer service
• Good problem-solving abilities
