Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client is looking for a SAP Manager to join their IT department team in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will be responsible to build, maintain and manage a team of SAP professionals to support a stable SAP environment and maximize SAP usage while critically assessing new functionality to ensure the business derives optimal benefit from their SAP investment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the SAP IT project team as well as maintenance and support
- Solution Roadmaps and Feasibility Reporting
- Innovation and Continuous Business Improvement (CBI)
- Operational Projects
- Governance and Compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP management and system administration
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- SAP certification is an advantage
