Job Description
The Senior Facilitator will support and lead the delivery of facilitation sessions and workshops, ensuring high-quality engagement and knowledge transfer within an engineering-focused environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with facilitation and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support the development of facilitation materials and structured workshop agendas.
- Guide discussions, encourage participation, and ensure workshop outcomes are achieved.
- Provide feedback, insights, and recommendations based on workshop interactions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between facilitation activities and business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements
- B Degree in Commerce/HR/Business Management/Industrial Engineering/ IT.
Minimum Experience
- 8 years experience as a Senior Facilitator within an engineering environment
