Graphic Designer
Location: Cape Town
A leading organisation is seeking a creative and driven Graphic Designer with 35 years experience to join its Commercial team in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced, brand-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring consistent and accurate representation of Group and operational brand identities across all marketing channels (above- and below-the-line)
- Designing and producing site-specific advertising and point-of-sale material for LPM sites
- Maintaining and updating Group websites and digital platforms with accurate venue information
- Collaborating with operational divisions to enhance brand awareness across social media
- Creating, designing, and coordinating the Groups monthly newsletter
- Conducting research for creative concepts, trends, and best practices
- Assisting with external projects, including site branding, social media, and app management
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 plus a relevant Design qualification (Adobe Certification advantageous)
- 35 years experience as a Graphic Designer / Desktop Publisher
- Proven experience taking designs from concept through to print production
- Strong knowledge of digital design and social media platforms
- Web design experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Fully comfortable working on both Mac and PC
- Understanding of project management principles
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional regional languages advantageous)
