Hire Resolve’s client, a reputable Financial Services Provider, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their team in Cape Town. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage departmental objectives to align with company goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and drive performance
• Monitor, analyse, and report on operational metrics and KPIs
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processes
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set budgets and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Management
• 5-8 Years’ experience in client services and sales within a Financial Services or Employee
  Benefits environment.
• 3-5 Years’ management experience
• Knowledge of the financial services, health, insurance, and investment industry
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) would be advantageous.
• Key individual would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
