Cape Town – Western Cape – South Africa
- Lead and grow the companys sales function, driving revenue growth across existing and new markets.
- Build a high-performing Sales team from the ground up including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities locally and internationally.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted campaigns, proposals, and client materials.
- Provide input on go-to-market strategies for new products or service offerings.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a CRM system to support scalable sales processes.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve business development and CRM systems.
- Ensure efficient tracking of sales performance, pipeline, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align business objectives with product capabilities.
- A formal qualification in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related
- Hands-on experience owning a CRM system end-to-end.
- Experience training teams on CRM usage and enforcing best-practice sales processes.
- Ability to analyse CRM data to drive forecasting, performance insights, and strategic decision-making.
- International experience is essential.
