• You will have a tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 5 years experience in QA/QC, on medium to mega construction sites and a ECSA registration

• You will have a proven track record in pre-construction planning, estimations, scope reviews and inspection plans, as well as coordinating and taking responsibility for all site permits.

• You will have experience in monitoring MEP site activities, to ensure compliance, as well as conduct inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure HSE and QA/QC specifications are met and risk mitigated, as well as coordinate with subcontractors and maintain data books and reports

• Knowledge of ISO 9001/45001 is highly advantageous

• Sound experience in HSE, quality and risk management is critical

• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
