About the Role
We are looking for a Store Planner to join our team and drive the strategic planning of store layouts, inventory allocation, and space optimization. This role plays a key part in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop store layout plans based on sales performance, customer trends, and space efficiency.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Buying, and Operations teams to optimize product placement.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to improve stock allocation and store performance.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure effective execution of floor plans.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance store planning.
Key Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Retail, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in store planning, merchandising, or retail allocation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in retail performance data.
- Proficiency in retail planning software and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
