About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and well-presented Receptionist to join our team in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs. As we head into our busy season, we need someone who can step in at a moment’s notice to assist our clients across the area. If you’re looking to gain solid experience as a Receptionist and build your career, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage reception desk duties, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements and other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Confident and friendly front-line Receptionist experience (even if just starting out)
- Well-spoken and professional fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Must live in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs (to get to work quickly)
