Job Summary
Travel Logistics Coordinator Bellville
Our client seeks a Travel Logistics Coordinator with solid Travel arrangement / coordinating experience. Must come from a Travel Agency. You will be responsible for all the travel logistics / arrangements, accommodation, visas etc for staff to work offshore.

Minimum
Requirements:
Grade 12 with a relevant Travel qualification (preferred, but not a must)
3+ years experience as a Travel Logistics Coordinator
Must be able to multitask
Be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends when required.
Key Experience:
Travel / Logistics arrangements: travel arrangements, such as airfare, lodging, expense reimbursement, ground transportation, and visas
Cost management: Manage costs and ensure travel solutions are cost-effective
Policy compliance: Adhere to corporate travel policies and procedures
Document and payment processing: Ensure payments and documents are processed timely and allocated to the correct budget codes
