Responsibilities:
Perform product testing, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies to evaluate performance and stability Support the evaluation of raw materials and sourcing of ingredients to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance Help prepare product specifications, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Work with production and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth transition from lab trials to full-scale production Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000) and customer requirements Participate in troubleshooting product performance or production issues Maintain accurate records of research findings, test results, and development progress Stay informed about industry trends, emerging ingredients, and technological advancements in the food and beverage sector PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
