- Perform timberman activities to repair and maintain shaft structures.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, develop, and discipline team members to meet operational standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10 or 5+ years’ experience in shaft timberman duties.
- DMR Onsetter’s ticket and Blasting Certificate (with rock-breaking module).
- Valid medical fitness certificate, driver’s license, and own transport.
- English proficiency and first aid certification.
