Physical Demands & Work Environment
- The daily physical demands are those required of an office worker.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops a working knowledge or administration database and searchable resources.
- Organise and maintain personnel records – as required by management.
- Scanning and renaming of documents and keep the filing system maintained.
- Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents.
- May be responsible for making meeting arrangements.
- Assist in the recruitment process (draft job specs, screen CV’s, conduct telephonic interviews, arrange interviews and conduct reference checks).
- Assist with coordination and communication of training interventions.
- Maintain a satisfied level of customer service with stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Revise/formatting of company policies and procedures – as per instruction.
- Work proactively with other team members.
- Assist in arrangements and coordination of company social events.
- Assist with minutes and any other admin as and when required by the Company.
