Centurion: Assistant financial manager posted by Network Finance

• Oversee and manage the full financial function, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and working capital.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and banks.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Assist with project-based financial management, including billing, profitability analysis, and client reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and other statutory requirements.

 
Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance).
• Professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in financial management, preferably in consulting, professional services, or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
