Job Summary
An established Property Management entity in Pretoria, Centurion is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to bring value to their growing team.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the sectional title property.
Record all transactions including income, expenses, and asset management.
Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements to the property management and owners.
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and service providers.
Manage accounts receivable, including the collection of levies and other charges from owners.
Reconcile bank statements with the propertys financial records to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
– 2+ Years` Experience as a Bookkeeper/ Accountant
– Experience in the Property Industry with Sectional Title essential
